It takes on average 6 hours to complete both the training and the test, including breaks.

You connect with your assessor who will check that your webcam and microphone are working properly. You assessor will also explain the procedure to you and check your ID. You then take the test and at the end, your assessor marks your answers and communicates your final score.
You must score 41 / 50 to pass. The test has two sections, the General section where you need to score a minimum of 36/45 for a PASS mark on the section, and the Working at Height section of 5 questions, where you need to score 4/5 to PASS. Please note both sections of the test need to be passed for you to pass the test.
